11-101 - Senior Level J2EE Developer - Metro DC

TConneX is currently hiring a Senior Level J2EE Developer/Lead to implement a content management system. 

He/she will get involved in full life cycle of system development using RUP process. The work will include analysis, design, testing, and implementation of system. 

A broad as well as in-depth knowledge of design and implementation of mission critical applications is required. Ability to evaluate and recommend different technology solutions is essential.

Candidates must have

  • 8+ years experience of full SDLC projects utilizing J2EE architectures and Java development.
  • 5+ years experience of full SDLC project utilizing Oracle 10g and PL/SQL.
  • Minimum of 5 years UML experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years object oriented analysis & design experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in J2EE architectures, J2EE design patterns.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in most of the following: Weblogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Java, J2EE, XML, RSA, Subversion, Tracker, JUnit, AIX, SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and evaluating software development professionals.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with business users.

11-104 - Capture Manager - McLean, Virginia

The Capture Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and executing capture strategies and detailed capture plans (including call plans) from lead identification throughout the entire process to a win. Specific responsibilities include:

  • As a hands-on capture manager and business developer responsible for winning new business opportunities in the federal government IT marketplace
  • Contacts, visits and presents company capabilities to government agencies, potential teammates and commercial clients
  • Leads the development and execution of customer presentations
  • Attends customer meeting, conferences, symposia and trade shows. Develops and manages relationships with customers
  • Helps to form strategic teaming relationships with prime contractors
  • Identifies, researches, develops, tracks and qualifies leads into business opportunities
  • Builds market intelligence by researching and analyzing sources such as INPUT and FedBizOpps
  • Contributes to strategic marketing and business plans. Develops and presents internal business cases for pursuing opportunities
  • Develops and implements an effective capture strategy and plan including customer analysis, competitive analysis and win strategy for pursuits
  • Assists in the development of Opportunities Pipeline in accordance with the company strategic plan. Establishes any infrastructures, processes, and plans necessary to capture business leads and opportunities
  • Oversees bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies

TConneX is hiring an Oracle Fusion Middleware developer to support the existing infrastructure as well as develop new technologies.

The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment.
